Orders over $99.00: Free standard shipping.

Orders under $99.00: $7.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

Estimated transit time is generally 5–8 business days after shipment.

With our standard processing time of 1–2 business days, the estimated total delivery time is generally approximately 6–10 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed during our business hours. Orders received after our daily processing cutoff of 5:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping – Japan

Orders shipped to Japan may be fulfilled from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Estimated transit time is generally 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected at checkout or by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery, depending on the destination and applicable regulations.

USPS may deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS and FedEx generally require a physical street address. Please provide a physical street address when required to avoid fulfillment delays.
