Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage


We mainly provide shipping service to continental United States. We do not support regular international shipping temporarily. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories need to contact us in advance to confirm shipping feasibility and freight.

Pre-order Confirmation Rule


Buyers outside continental US must contact us by email before placing an order to confirm shipping matters. After placing an order, you need to reply to our confirmation email within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically. All extra overseas shipping fees shall be borne by buyers, and all tariffs and import taxes shall be paid by buyers themselves.

Order Processing Time


All orders within continental US will be arranged for shipment within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and legal holidays.

Order over $100: Free Shipping

Order under $100: Fixed shipping fee $7.99

Expedited Shipping

Base fee $50 per item, plus $5 per pound weight fee, delivery time 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST can be delivered on the same day.

Logistics Carrier


We will choose USPS, UPS, FedEx and other mainstream logistics distributors to deliver goods according to actual situation.

Order Tracking


After delivery, you will receive an email with tracking number, you can check logistics status in real time.

Shipping Restriction


We do not support delivery to PO box addresses. Goods may be delayed due to bad weather and logistics peak season, which is beyond our control.
